Really pleased with the outcome. This really is a small company that goes the extra mile. We will certainly be using them again in the future. Money well spent.

I have used Creation Decorators for a under of jobs / rooms around the house to an excellent standard. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

We cannot praise this company highly enough. Mark Smith is a first class decorator who pays great attention to detail and is a very clean and thorough worker. He clearly told us how he would go about the job and what was required to be done. He shows a great interest in his work and was very good at keeping us informed as to each step of the job. If there was a degree in decorating he would have a First Class Honours. The company is 5 stars plus.

I had a leak develop in my home and called Creation (along with a few other companies) for an insurance estimate to fix the resulting damage. Mark from Creation came out within a day and explained very clearly what would and wouldn't work and what would give the best finish. He was very detailed about how the work would proceed and how long it would take - all of which turned out to be spot-on.

The work was agreed and actually went ahead of schedule, which was great. I felt very informed about the whole process of what was going to happen and when. I had numerous calls from Mark to make sure I was happy with how the work was progressing and if I had any questions or concerns.

I have dealt with other builders and decorators and have been very let down due to constantly having to chase down people to make sure the work was done on time and to an acceptable standard, which is why it was such a nice change to deal with Creation.

I can honestly say that Creation left my house in a better state than it was before the leak! Overall a very good experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
